At Sella & Ro, we’re passionate about helping you bring meaningful, art-inspired pieces into your everyday world. Because each print, accessory, and product is crafted or curated just for you, our return policy is designed to respect the care that goes into every order—while keeping things fair for you and our network of artists.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return with Sella & Ro, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition — unframed, undamaged, and unwashed (for apparel or accessories)
- Be returned in the original packaging (including protective sleeves, tubes, or boxes)
- Include your order confirmation, packing slip, or proof of purchase
To start a return:
Email us at contact@sellaandro.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of your item. We’ll guide you from there!
Return Process
If your return is approved, Sella & Ro will provide a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your art or product as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at contact@sellaandro.com with photos. We’ll fix it, fast—promise.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items may not be returned or refunded:
- Limited-Edition Prints, Signed Posters, and Artist Exclusives: Once shipped, these are yours to treasure (we cannot reproduce or restock them).
- Custom Orders or Commissions: Made uniquely for you and cannot be returned.
- Digital Downloads: Instant-access files, non-refundable.
- Gift Cards and Sale Items: All marked “final sale.”
Exchanges
Want to swap a product for a different size, color, or design? If eligible, simply complete your return and place a new order for your preferred item—this is fastest!
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to EU addresses: You’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off/cancellation period for most items. Returned items must still be unused, unframed, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post your refund. If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days and approval, email us at contact@sellaandro.com.
