At Sella & Ro, we believe in delivering quality and inspiration with every order. Because our products are made to order and crafted with care, shipping times may vary. Here’s what you can expect:

Made-to-Order & Processing Times

• Most Sella & Ro items—including prints, posters, art-inspired accessories, and apparel—are made to order, produced just for you once your purchase is placed.
• Please allow up to 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Custom or limited-edition pieces may require additional time, and we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
• Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days for U.S. orders. International delivery times may vary based on location, customs, and carrier processes.
• If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

• Production Time: 7–10 business days (average, may vary during holidays)
• Shipping Time (Domestic): 3–7 business days (after production)
• Shipping Time (International): Varies by destination; most arrive in 2–3 weeks

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
• Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or with minimum orders; see site banners or checkout for details.

Order Status & Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. Check your inbox (or spam folder!) for updates from Sella & Ro.
• If it’s been longer than the expected timeframe and you haven’t received your tracking info, contact us at contact@sellaandro.com and we’ll look into it right away.

Address & Delivery Issues

• Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Sella & Ro cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
• If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, reach out to us immediately with your order number and any details or photos.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

• Sella & Ro ships worldwide! Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Customers are responsible for any additional import fees.
• Customs processing may cause delays that are beyond our control.
